Here are answers to some of the most common questions we get concerning online ordering. If you can’t find what you want, please contact us.
How do I order?
Ordering is straightforward. Just choose your preferred handset, then your contract length, network and monthly data requirements. Then go through to checkout and add your details to proceed.
No payment will be taken at this stage – we’ll send you a contract to e-sign and a link to upload a business proof, and then a consultant will contact you to arrange delivery. We’ll make the process as painless as possible to ensure you give us a 5-star review!
I'm not a business - can I still order?
We're sorry, but we only supply mobiles and tablets to businesses. You need to either be a limited company, partnership or be a sole trader with proof of earnings. We will conduct a credit check of your business before despatching any goods.

Can I buy just a phone with no sim card?
We only supply phones and tablets with an active mobile network sim card on either 24 or 36 month contract terms. Sorry, you can't make a one-off purchase for hardware.
How soon can I get my phone?
We process orders Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Once you've placed your order, we'll send you a contract to sign and a direct debit link to complete, which you'll need to do before we despatch your order. Sometimes a handset may not be immediately available, but we'll keep you informed about timescales. Most orders are completed in 48 to 72 hours.
Can I keep my existing number?
Yes, we can port (transfer) your number over from your existing supplier, whether you're staying on the same mobile network or moving to another. All we need is a valid PAC code to do the transfer (which consists of 3 letters followed by 6 numbers). You can get this for a single number by texting PAC to 65075 from the mobile number you want to port. For multiple numbers you'll need to contact your current supplier.
How will my phone and sim be delivered?
We use a range of couriers with full tracking available so you can be sure you know where your order is. Delivery is free to mainland UK destinations, and we'll provide the courier with your email address so that you receive the tracking details as soon as they are available.
How do I get help?
Once you're a customer of Simpatico you don't need to speak to the networks - we do everything for you. Just email us at support@simpatico.co.uk, or raise a ticket on our Support page.
What does roaming mean?
Roaming is when you take and use your phone outside of the UK to make and receive calls, texts or use data.
Networks offer a range of daily charges (depending on where you are travelling) to access your UK allowance whilst you are roaming. Typically this allows you to do the following with no further charges:
- Make and receive calls and texts to the UK
- Make and receive calls within the country you are visiting
- Use your data allowance up to its maximum (although unlimited plans always have a fair usage limit on use abroad - 25GB for all networks except Three which limits use to 12GB)
However, not all countries are covered by daily roaming fees. In these cases you will be charged 'out of bundle' rates to make calls, send texts or use data. In some countries this can be very expensive, and we advise you to check your contract to see which countries are covered by daily roaming charges.
Note also that whilst you are roaming, only calls to the UK or numbers within the country you are visiting are included. If you call a 3rd country then that counts as an international call and you will be charged accordingly. Always check with us if you are unsure!
