Our off the shelf VoIP solution is Phoneline+. It’s a landline replacement system which you can install on both a mobile and a PC/Mac. It is perfect for somebody who wants to display a landline for customers but doesn’t want the inconvenience or expense of a traditional phone line. You can use it with a conventional handset, or just have an app installed on your computer or mobile.
If you need a more complex VoIP system, please take a look at our main VoIP page, or contact us to find out more.

What is VoIP?
Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a telephone system which connects over the internet rather than over traditional (and now largely defunct) analogue copper phone lines. It offers several compelling benefits that have transformed communication in both personal and business settings.
What are the advantages of VoIP?
One of the key advantages of VoIP is cost savings. By leveraging existing internet connections, VoIP eliminates the need for traditional phone lines, significantly reducing long-distance and international calling expenses.
VoIP also enables flexibility and mobility, allowing you to make and receive calls from anywhere with an internet connection, fostering remote work and improving customer service responsiveness.
Do I still get a telephone handset?
With both Phoneline+ and more complex systems which we offer such as Gamma Horizon and Microsoft Teams Voice, you can use either a physical handset, or a soft phone on a laptop/PC/mobile, or both. If you’re not sure what works best or need advice, then please do contact us. Unlike some telecoms providers, we won’t talk jargon and we will listen to what you need before suggesting a solution.Â
