They sorted out our O2 data sim for us so we can have an internet/phone connection in our holiday cottages. The team at Simpatico went above a beyond helping us with advice and setting us up. They communicated in a clear non-jargon way which made everything a lot easier. The friendly team put the customer first; a refreshing change from dealing with big companies! Highly recommended.
A great company to deal with. Good old fashioned customer service. They sorted out our mobile phones saving money and getting better handsets. They looked at out landlines when we were considering moving to VOIP systems and found our current deal was best so no need to change. Very honest advice. In terms of timing, I contacted then one night, the morning after they called me to ask if I have received the e-mail (was in the spam folder!), afternoon was all agreed and set up and the day after I had my simcard, number and everything. A smooth sail!
