The key to ensuring you pay the lowest price is understanding your needs, your usage and then choosing the right tariff.
That’s why, instead of talking about ‘deals’ and ‘special offers’, we concentrate first of all on finding out about your needs. Don’t let yourself be conned by salesmen who claim to offer you the cheapest deal, whereas in reality they are just trying to match you to the deal with makes them the most commission!
How you and your staff use their mobiles will impact on the most cost-effective solution for you. It might be that some users will need international roaming, or others will need high data requirements (and perhaps are using their handsets as mobile wifi hotspots whilst on the go to connect their laptops to the cloud). Or it may be that you need to more closely monitor your team’s mobile usage whilst they are on the road – we can help analyse their usage and, if necessary, block some services and numbers which are impacting on your bills. We’ll also help you to choose the right network – one that offers competitive prices, but also one that has the right coverage for where you are in the world. Let’s face it, a cheap mobile phone deal is pretty useless if you are constantly being cut off in the middle of an important conversation with a client!
With office phones we’ll recommend the best value deal which has the features which you need as a business, and not sell you features which you don’t need and will never use. Similarly, with a broadband connection we’ll look at your current usage and speed requirements and match these to what we offer.
Please talk to us and find out more about how we can help you!
Don’t worry, we won’t leave you alone once we’ve got the sale! From helping with setup to monitoring your usage, you can rest assured that we will continue to offer pro-active support to you and your business, throughout the length of your contract.
Dealing directly with the networks can be a complete pain. Why would you want to spend ages in a queue and then speak to somebody (in a busy call centre with lots of distracting background noise!) who doesn’t know you or understand your needs. Wouldn’t it be nicer to just call up somebody who remembers your face and wants to help?
With Simpatico, that’s what you get – somebody on the end of the line when you need it to offer help, advice and act as a middleman between you and the network. You can call us, text us, email us or submit a support ticket, and we’ll sort out the issues within pre-agreed timescales. No pressing 3, and then 6, and then waiting for 10 minutes…
There are two reasons why we offer this support as standard, at no extra charge. Firstly, we don’t think it would be nice to sign you up to a provider, take the money and run. That isn’t the way we like to do business. Secondly, if you’re delighted with the service we provide you’ll renew your contract with us again and again – which is obviously good for our business!
If you need mobile phone support, help and advice with your office phones and broadband, as well as a good price, then please get in touch with us now!
We’ll choose the tariff which is best for you (not the one which pays us the most commission), keep you up to date with developments and treat you how we would like to be treated if we were the customer. That may not seem like rocket science, but unfortunately it’s not always a standard feature in the telecoms industry!
We take pride in understanding our customers, appreciating the world from their perspective, and communicating in a way which makes you happy to do business with us. We think it’s important to do as much listening as possible before we offer a solution. And because nobody is perfect, on the rare occasions when something goes wrong we will admit when we have made a mistake and aim to rectify it as painlessly as possible.
We started Simpatico with the aim of being nice at all stages of our business – and clear communications are an integral part of that.

Being ‘nice’ is one of our core values, so we obviously felt that supporting charities should form part of our activities. We have therefore committed to giving 10% of our profits each year to charity, half to a charity in the Yorkshire region, and half to a charity in the developing world.
The charities we are supporting in 2018 are:
Beverley Community Lift
BCL offers a caring and supportive voluntary service for people who cannot easily use other forms of transport, eg. the elderly, disabled or those who are rurally isolated.
We are in the process of setting up a project in conjunction with Action Aid to support girls in the poorest communities to allow them to go to school by enabling them to become self-sufficient in producing sanitary wear.
