Get advice from Simpatico on saving money on your business broadband, non-geographic numbers and inbound call handling - dealing with us is much nicer than direct with BT!
We supply broadband from a range of different providers, and can advise which is the best value for your business. Complete the form below and we'll get back to you with options.
Types of broadband available
FTTP
The fastest option is fibre to the premises (FTTP) with gigabit-capable lines which can transform the way you do business. In East Yorkshire we have had this for more than 25 years courtesy of KCOM who we partner with! Slowly but surely FTTP (sometimes referred to as 'ultrafast') is being rolled out across the UK by Openreach, Virgin and others, but there are still many areas where it is not available.
FTTC & ADSL
Where FTTP is not available, fibre to the cabinet (FTTC) is usually the fastest option. We offer a range of products from providers such as Gamma, BT and TalkTalk and can advise on what is the best value solution for your business. If you're lucky and near an Openreach cabinet you may get speeds of up to 80mbps down and 20 up, but the further away from the cabinet you are, the slower the speed is because it is running along a copper cable. Sometimes the distance to a cabinet means that ADSL, whilst in theory a slower solution, may provide a faster and more stable connection.
Leased Lines
We can provide a leased line into your premises - a dedicated internet connection which you don't share with anybody else and which provides guaranteed upload and download speeds. Leased lines are much more expensive than conventional broadband, as you pay for the cost of installation (including digging holes in the road) over the lifetime of the contract. Depending on speed, the monthly cost could be 10 times what an ordinary connection would be - but if you are unlucky enough to be in a poor service area, we can sort this out for you.
Mobile broadband
We also offer a range of 4G and 5G solutions, which in some areas may be a more cost effective way of accessing a fast internet connection. If you are in good 5G area then speeds will exceed FTTC and can rival FTTP. We can provide data-only sims and routers to allow businesses with otherwise poor internet connections to benefit from the revolution in cloud computing services.
